1. Eligibility

KaharJeevanSathi is a matrimonial platform exclusively for members of the Kahar community. By registering, you confirm that you belong to the Kahar Samaj and are of marriageable age (minimum 18 years for women, 21 years for men as per Indian law).

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Profile Guidelines

All profiles are reviewed by our admin team before becoming visible. We reserve the right to reject profiles that do not belong to the Kahar community, contain false information, are offensive or inappropriate, or violate our community standards.

4. Privacy & Communication

Contact details (phone numbers) are only shared between users who have a mutual accepted interest. You must not share other users' contact information with third parties.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform for commercial solicitation, harassment or abuse of other users, sharing inappropriate or explicit content, creating multiple accounts, impersonating others, or any illegal activity.

6. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase. We do not auto-renew subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on KaharJeevanSathi is owned by or licensed to us. Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos and personal content but grant us a license to display them on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

KaharJeevanSathi is a platform to facilitate connections and is not responsible for the conduct of users in person. We strongly advise meeting in safe, public places and conducting appropriate background checks before marriage.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
